Each practical kit comes with PRE-LABELED Presanitized items.  For additional cost, a mannequin can be shipped.  Send an email to mrstateboard@yahoo.com to set up mannequin, clippers, blowdryers and other electrical tools.  Shipping is already factored into the $150.
